Very bad customer service by representative girl named shri
Worst Scotiabank branch. Been a customer for long time and tried using this branch for first time. They should name it harassment and useless branch instead.
A representative from phone customer service said, “Go to your branch and ask them because I can’t verify your details.” I went to the branch, and they told me, “Call customer service and ask again because we don’t have your card. We can’t do anything.” This is bound to take me hours of waiting on the phone again. 🤞 Hoping I don’t get another snappy agent with a cold voice this time.
