-Updated review- Been there twice since my first review. The service is better, quick and they are very helpful. Their customer phone service improved. The rep was quick and efficient with resolving my issue the last time I called. -Old review- A representative from phone customer service said, “Go to your branch and ask them because I can’t verify your details.” I went to the branch, and they told me, “Call customer service and ask again because we don’t have your card. Always an exceptional service. All the staff is very helpful and cooperative.
I came in without an appointment and an uncommon request with a tight timeline and the staff here were extremely helpful in fulfilling my needs well and in a timely manner.

Worst Scotiabank branch. Been a customer for long time and tried using this branch for first time. They should name it harassment and useless branch instead.
