I search coin rolls from Scotiabank; I've done this quite a few times, from multiple different locations. I'm even known for doing it at a few. Today I exchanged my coins for the first time at this branch. The lady (presumed manager) attempted to deny my request and said "we haven't done this since 2022" I don't see how I can exchange my coins throughout town. All the other locations. No flak. The service not even worthy one star. Terrible customer service, least understanding of customers needs. Wasted 2hrs of my time and I had to go to different branch to resolve the issue.
I had a very positive experience at this branch. The staff were welcoming, patient, and genuinely focused on helping me find the best solutions for my needs. The branch is well organised, wait times were reasonable, and every step was explained clearly. Especially thanks to its manager Angelina.
