There's no tellers in this bank
Went to close an account I couldn't use until last week due to the postal strike, and was told they would not waive the fees at the branch. A quick phonecall to Scotia banks customer support line (not the branch's line) and it was waived without me even asking.
Hours are a joke , closing at 4? More like 330
Not nice and completely rude to their customers. Not to mention when u ask questions about your own bank & money they get mad and annoyed ….uhm excuse me isn’t this your job ? Hubby pulled his bank and I’m next, won’t ever go back and definitely won’t tell anyone to go there. Avoid this bank at all costs !!! The older white lady at the desk is extremely rude and gives u nasty looks, she was extremely annoyed and mad that we came in to ask questions she’s like can’t u guys call?
