Abm locked at 7am when everything says its open. Thanks for wasting my time
I've been banking here for 2.5 years. They've lost forms that I've filled. They've failed to file forms. I've given them direction to close accounts multiple times and they're not followed. They're also limited with their service. My advice is to go to one of the other banks. I've started looking, and will likely be closing my account in the next couple of months. The inconvenience of doing things multiple times is starting to get to me.
Worst branch , they close my account without telling me reason, I had mortgage, chequing and credit account and they close directly my account. I knew when i got text msg that my mortgage due. But I had 10k in my chequing why it’s due. When I went there they denied to help, I went other branch they said your account closed by your branch. Worst branch ever and also worst bank ever.do not choose scotiabank ever.
Worst experience, suggest everyone to never visit this branch. All staff are rude not willing to helping to resolve but make your problem more complicated. So ignored.
