Happen to agree with everyone in the comments, just a terrible bank, terrible employees, not very helpful. Thats my two cents, and im done with this sorry company. Genuinely, no wonder I was told not to go with these people.
Nice guys. Close this one down so we don’t have a teller. But to get a bank card, you have to make an appointment. Lady, I don’t know who I talk to you, but there’s only one person in there. You could’ve helped me and gave me a card. And walk across town not cool.. you know I don’t drive right. Unprofessionally test test test.
Not sure the utility of the branch. The agent could not tell me what they do. Close the place instead of having people go in and get disappointed with the lack of service, which seems like the new standard . Not liking the way it is all going, I thought Scotiabank was good when I and other family members worked for SB.
scotia bank is a joke!!! there wait times to talk to a agent is sometimes over a hour long wait!! Not to mention the banking app posts a day behind to your account!! I have been with this bank for over 15 years but going into branch tomorrow and closing all my accounts and my $73,000 vehicle loan ,they can come pick up the vehicle!!! I'm done!! I have had enough of there charges and fees!!! People do your research on banks before you open an account with Scotia Bank!!!
Went there for deposit a cheque because I can’t do it online for some reason lady at front told me to do it at ABM machines like why you can’t do it when are setting free there garbage service and this happened to me 2nd time never going back to this location Then visited to there location near Best Buy they did my work within 2min
