Don’t visit here often but every time I do the tellers are pretty rude and often speak to me in very condescending manner not taking into consideration my concerns as a customer. Overall would not recommend this Scotiabank (or any really) to anyone.
The teller Nick and the assistant manager were super helpful and were able to direct me to a resolution with a bank draft hold.
3 weeks ago I had an appointment with FA Leslie she did cancel my appointment and till now didn't get back to me. what type of customer service is that.
