FRAUD! Imagine going to the grocery store and you have thousands in your account. Your debit card is declined. Your credit card is declined. You frantically check your bank app and u have .64 cents left. That was me. I Watched money disappear out of my account with zero alerts from Scotiabank! Hackers increased my credit card limit to max as well lost all that too. Zero alerts from this useless institution. Worst branch ever. So slow and never get anything right. I’d give them zero stars if I could. The level of incompetence is mind blowing.
Only bank in all of Barrie with no wifi for guests. Not fair. The timings were wrong today not updated on Google maps. Very unprofessional.
Weird how the hours state till 3 pm on a Saturday but when you go at 1:30 pm the doors to the tellers are locked?
