Approached for reconciliation of my account statement transaction in mid December. Had to wait for sometime as queue formed but it was reasonable time for my turn. Raised my query and necessary questions and answers exchanged. Matter taken up with other subordinates for resolving. Informed that necessary corrective action has been taken and mail forwarded to concerned for implementation and would receive resolution in next 24 to 72 business hours. FRAUD! Imagine going to the grocery store and you have thousands in your account. Your debit card is declined. Your credit card is declined. You frantically check your bank app and u have .64 cents left. That was me. I Watched money disappear out of my account with zero alerts from Scotiabank! Hackers increased my credit card limit to max as well lost all that too. Zero alerts from this useless institution. Worst branch ever. So slow and never get anything right. I’d give them zero stars if I could. The level of incompetence is mind blowing.
