This has been my branch for 15+ years. Has been a good branch for a while but I have noticed in the past year or so the service has declined. Dealing with the tellers is totally fine no complaints there but anything beyond that is a chore. Getting in contact with anyone for more complex tasks is a pain. I’ve left numerous voicemails and emails but still have yet to receive any kind of reply. Dealing with money and mortgages is already stressful enough but having to chase down people to have a conversation is less than ideal.
2 bank tellers, 1 was quick, other person took 30 min to serve. Numerous ppl waiting patiently . The young man serving me very lippy, i was signing the thin paper and it tore and he blurts out "thats inapprioate" really i did it with a pen, the thickness of the paper is so thin. This guy wants to escalate the situation. I honestly have had a terrible week, my car getting written off because of the barrie icestorm trashing my car and i owe still 4.5 yrs. I don't need that. Terrible customer service
