Worse Staff at teller. so rude gave hard time for no reason.. I never had bad experience at other locations .. teller here specially seems on purpose was making a problem to deposit my own money in my own account. TERRIBLE!!! TRAIN YOUR STAFF WELL especially how to deal with your loyal customer for many years !!
The service rep there is rude. Unfortunate I had to go there to pick up my credit card.
I submitted all the correct forms to withdraw from my investment due to a financial problem I had. It took this branch over a month to make the deposit. Nothing happened until I submitted a formal complaint. Due to the long delay it caused me even more problems. Have been a customer for over 40yrs. If this is how they treat long time customers who are only trying to access their own funds I'd hate to see what it's like for new customers.
