I submitted all the correct forms to withdraw from my investment due to a financial problem I had. It took this branch over a month to make the deposit. Nothing happened until I submitted a formal complaint. Due to the long delay it caused me even more problems. Have been a customer for over 40yrs. If this is how they treat long time customers who are only trying to access their own funds I'd hate to see what it's like for new customers.
• Rude and incompetent staff. • Broken and incompetent ATMs. It's a lose/lose situation at Mapleview Scotiabank in Barrie.
After they close you can't walk in to to use the atm machines. Ridiculous never have a problem doing that at any other bank or branch
