Theres nothing worse in life than having to do business in this bank. They are so unprofessional, so uneducated, unethical, no common sense at all, very rude, this location need new staff immediately. Disgusting!!!!
The drive-thru ATM is never working. And if you try to go inside to use an ATM machine, you can't, the doors are always locked.
Is it your "policy" to have your "customer service" staff gossip about the customer standing right there? Also, is it your "policy" to threaten your staff "after they come back from vacation"? What kind of shop are you folks running here? So frustrating to deal with this crew. Need to move our business from here
Very great fast service with no wait
I would like to address this complaint about Robin a couple of days ago I came into the bank for my credit card I was told by purelator that they had delivered my package to your branch and it was singed for by Robin . The way in which you behaved was not professional it’s a experience I won’t forget you did not even apologize after the package was found and you Robin singed for it I am sure you remember the incident it does not matter witch branch I go to there’s always one that thinks I don’t belong
