This branch should be shut down The workers are upset and unhappy when I asked for their service I am afraid to ask some questions because they don't know the answer and are getting upset and the voice is high trying to make sure I don't ask any questions Worst customer service experience in many years as a Scotia bank customer. We would like to recognize the outstanding service we received from Ben at this branch. On more than one occasion, Ben has helped us with courtesy, patience, and professionalism, and he always takes the time to answer questions clearly and thoroughly. He also went the extra mile to assist us, which we truly appreciated. My wife and I moved to Innisfil two years ago, and we had not experienced this level of service at our local branch. I hate banks but I appreciate Carmela for going out of her way to help me. She has great people skills and knows what she’s doing.
So much attitude here.. also why close at 4pm on a weekday? That’s weird lol
I can't beleave the rotten service in this bank right from the bank manager to the tellers discauating where you go to the scotbank bank on Maplevirw services outstanding from manger to tellers hopeful head office reads this ans dose something about that branch
