I would like to address this complaint about Robin a couple of days ago I came into the bank for my credit card I was told by purelator that they had delivered my package to your branch and it was singed for by Robin . The way in which you behaved was not professional it’s a experience I won’t forget you did not even apologize after the package was found and you Robin singed for it I am sure you remember the incident it does not matter witch branch I go to there’s always one that thinks I don’t belong
Last summer I had no problems purchasing change from the branch for my very small business when I’m in a pinch. The staff were very nice and helpful. I went in today to purchase change and they were very rude and unwilling to help. My business is not in barrie and my bank isn’t close by. Thank goodness I don’t deal with this branch on a regular basis. I read up on Scotia Banks policies and I should have been able to purchase the change, they just chose not to help me I guess. Very helpful patient and kind
Terrible service and very rude, uncompassionate staff at this branch, almost switched banks because of this experience after being with scotia for 15yrs. They should take a lesson from the staff at the scotia branch on Innisfil Beach Road. Only reason I haven't changed banks is because of how great the Alcona branch was after my experience here. I live closest to this branch but will drive farther because of the difference in service and general friendliness of staff.
