Worst customer service ever Why they hire incompetent people ? This attitude is not for getting more customers I don't trust the people working there
This branch should be shut down The workers are upset and unhappy when I asked for their service I am afraid to ask some questions because they don't know the answer and are getting upset and the voice is high trying to make sure I don't ask any questions Worst customer service experience in many years as a Scotia bank customer. I have to go to another branch faraway from my house for months since I was treated really bad at this branch We have to check another bank to do business with
We would like to recognize the outstanding service we received from Ben at this branch. On more than one occasion, Ben has helped us with courtesy, patience, and professionalism, and he always takes the time to answer questions clearly and thoroughly. He also went the extra mile to assist us, which we truly appreciated. My wife and I moved to Innisfil two years ago, and we had not experienced this level of service at our local branch.
