Brenda is a great help, she always makes things work the way they should.
This bank has no capacity for customer communication. Chat bots, call centres and dropped calls are standard. Unanswered phone messages, ridiculous charges for accessing your own funds, that they use for exorbitant profits.
Has become the worst Banking experience I have ever had , poor service at tellers on Mondays line up to do your banking . The are closed on week-ends if you need cash have to go to other banks and pay their fees just to access your own money as their outside cash machine never has any money in it. Will be looking for other avenues to do my banking. My Branch is on Collier Street in Barrie on.
honestly don’t understand how Scotiabank hired the front desk employee Ayushi Patel at this branch. She has absolutely zero customer service skills and clearly has no idea how to help customers. When you ask her a question, she gives no clear directions or guidance. You basically have to figure everything out yourself and then she just says “yes.” That’s not helping anyone. On top of that, her attitude is rude and dismissive. She barely even looks at customers and acts like she doesn’t want to deal with anyone who walks in. ... read more
