Some of the most rude and unhelpful staff I have ever come across. I have worked with many banks and this specific branch’s customer service is horrendous
I showed up at 9 am this morning as I needed to go in and do some banking and didn't realize they were open at 930. So I was waiting by the door for them to open. They had security walking around property and since there was homeless people beside the bank the security proceeded to ask them to leave and then came over to me and asked me to leave with them and said I had no business being there and was quite rude with me.
