Sahar Khalili was very rude and disrespectful to my mother who has been a customer at this branch for over 15 years.
0 Stars if possible. The service at this branch has really fell from 5 years ago. I've been banking here for almost 20 years, and have had a really bad experience with Sahar Khalili, to say the least. Made an appointment with her few days prior left a voicemail and email about the purpose of the meeting. She calls me back a day later asking questions she already knows the answers to. On March3/2025 the teller was told by the manager to send a complaint to Scotiabank without permission from the customer.
I recently went in to make a deposit and enquire about some other business Laura was very helpful in getting my request done and her follow up was very impressive something you don’t see nowadays I will taking all of my business to this branch
Even though I don’t know that much English Shay fawehinmi really helped me with everything very nice
