Went to get my bank statement, old Grandma teller, is like whattt, u need 6 months bank statement, took a deep breath, looks like dont wanna do her job, and told me couldn't u get it online instead visiting, asking oh u are from Malple, what are u doing, bro that is none of your business' took her 40 minutes to print statement, frusted and whispering why the bank is open, talking to her coworkers, why they are working today. Grandma not being rude, but your behaviour is unacceptable, hope bank will do something about her..
I’ve had a Scotiabank account for 25 years and I am definitely closing my account after the negative experience I had today at my home branch, I received very poor service (from the Manager). I lost my debit card (which was together with my drivers license), she refused to give me a replacement card even though I had photos on my phone of my drivers license and passport. Just wanted to mention what great service I got from the teller Debbie, Kate, and manager Arun(sorry for miss spelling) they went above and beyond to make sure the customers needs were met and even called me with an update after they were closed. Nothing but great service, thanks again Scotia Bank team your the best.
AVOID IF YOU CAN. Two grammas sitting as tellers who completely lack customer service, speed and professionalism. They chat more between themselves rather than servicing client right in front of them. I’ve never dealt with such unprofessional bank setting in all my years. WHO HIRED THESE PEOPLE?!!?!!!!!!!!!
