I can certainly understand when why when I walk by a Scotiabank they are always empty. (I am not a client of theirs) I had to go in and do a transaction for my daughter. The bank was empty. Staff were in the managers office chatting away and one member did come out to wait one me. She got help from another and I sat to wait. The original staff member was friendly. As I sat to wait, a gentleman walks by after 10 mts or so very friendly, all smiley asking me if he could help me, if i had been served. I said I had and I was jus... read more
