Worst customer service I was on the line and one lady started yelling at the customer. I believe she was the manager her name was Jane honestly, I am a client for Scotiabank for so many years normally I deal in Woodbrige, but this was so Disappointed, I was on the area. I decide to come to the bank. I was planning to put a video on TikTok and but my video didn’t record properly. I felt bad for the two client The way she treated them. It felt like it was racist reaction
One of the best with very nice service highly recommend
I wish I could give it a 0. I have never been to this branch without waiting for over 15 minutes to get to a counter. Always understaffed. Lots of managers wandering around looking blankly at the growing line of customers seemingly unable to jump in to help clear the backlog. Biggest waste of time that unfortunately need to regularly experience (since their cash machines also reject 50% of the bills you attempt to deposit).
