HelIo, I'm a 30yr customer with Scotiabank,l went in on Saturday February 14/26..4pm Too Deal with a minor matter with the Drivethru."Arun" was the flow manager that day,& was completely unprofessional to the point of threatening me to Call the Police if l did Not leave the Branch,all over paying my wife's Line of Credit @ the Drivethru & the statement reading a $100 payment, were as I paid $200,all l wanted was some kind of confirmation. I wish I could give it a 0. I have never been to this branch without waiting for over 15 minutes to get to a counter. Always understaffed. Lots of managers wandering around looking blankly at the growing line of customers seemingly unable to jump in to help clear the backlog of customers. Biggest waste of time that unfortunately need to regularly experience (since their cash machines also reject 50% of the bills you attempt to deposit.
Worst Bank in Newmarket. Only 1 teller and the line up is 6 people deep.
The staff at this location needs a retraining on customers service. They would rather discuss their weekend plans between each other instead of serving the customers
Rude customer service by NINA. Worst location.
