I also had the misfortune of dealing with Nicholas Dube for our mortgage renewal. I will never bank here. I don't like the manager at all. A 3 dressed up as a 9 with a know-it-all attitude to match.
As I previously stated. I called last evening to report a fraud that I didn't notice until last night. When I called to report that fraud had taken place and immediately shut down my card and internet banking. I told her I have 2 young kids I need to feed. Very helpful staff. Great experience every time
Have stolen $16,020 USD from my company. Say they can’t find the wire transfer that was suppose to go into my business account March 2025. Have neglected to assist me in finding the wire transfer. And hang up on me when taking to there customer service representatives. Worst banking company in Canada. Do not use these guys go to TD Canada Trust. Atleast they don’t blatantly steal from companies.
