I am seriously considering leaving this bank. I can never get an employee that can answer my question and it feels like they really just don't care.
Low quality customer service.
Terrible bank and manager on site. Tried to open an account online, never received a physical card but 3 months later I got emails saying I owe 60 dollars. Went to the branch, told me they could waive partially as a courtesy for a ridiculous charge that’s never meant to be charged. I greatly appreciate the rudeness and incompetence from the manager onsite. God bless this ludicrous branch and their customers.
