I don’t even bank with them. My wife was approved on a loan and I came in today to make a payment. The lady teller was completely incompetent and made me jump hoops. I gave my ID she talked to a supervisor and made me run outside to the truck a few times only to tell me she can’t accept my payment because my name is not on the loan. I made several payments prior to this encounter. This teller was on her high horse. She could of just told me from the beginning she needed my wife.
