The Manager Should be Fired with such bad attitude and disrespect. I’ve never seen a Manager represent The bank in such a manner. Just a miserable person. I cant imagine having any accommodating Business transactions here. Think twice before you deal with them

Worst bank experience ever. Went in to gather information and get things rolling for my mortgage. Long story short the advisor was googling the process infront of me. It did not make me feel good, he proceeded to enter the wrong information wich cost me time and made the experience more stressful. My appointment was for 2 45 and didn't get seen till 3 15. Worst service ever. Employees give half information and mislead by showing the positive side of investment and when it’s time for withdrawal they will simply blame government for everything. First ever bank charge’s hidden fees without having anything in writing from their clients and much more issues…
