I just had the most infuriating experience at this branch. Jerry who was the teller and Kam who was the manager provided absolutely horrendous service. I came in looking to withdraw $6,300. They refused to give me more than $3000, saying the branch doesn't have enough cash. That is an absolute joke. Surely, the bank has $6,300 in it.
