Worst bank experience ever. Went in to gather information and get things rolling for my mortgage. Long story short the advisor was googling the process infront of me. It did not make me feel good, he proceeded to enter the wrong information wich cost me time and made the experience more stressful. My appointment was for 2 45 and didn't get seen till 3 15. Worst service ever. Employees give half information and mislead by showing the positive side of investment and when it’s time for withdrawal they will simply blame government for everything. First ever bank charge’s hidden fees without having anything in writing from their clients and much more issues…
No line up however transaction took forever - no acknowledgment for waiting. Customer rep was not a very friendly person but it would have not mattered as long as she got the job done correctly, but did she? NO she did not link accounts properly so I didnt have access to my accounts all day. Had to call in scotia and waited another hour to get this issue fixed. This location is the worst bank ever. Very useless financial advisor and Manager. Scotiabank head office should check into this place. If I could i would rate them 0. They don't try to help you at all. UPDATE: STILL THE WORST BANK, NOTHINH HAS CHANGED AND THEY TAKE FOREVER TO WORK ON APPLICATIONS. THEY ALWAYS HAVE REAONS. THIS AND THAT.
