Low quality customer service.
Terrible bank and manager on site. Tried to open an account online, never received a physical card but 3 months later I got emails saying I owe 60 dollars. Went to the branch, told me they could waive partially as a courtesy for a ridiculous charge that’s never meant to be charged. I greatly appreciate the rudeness and incompetence from the manager onsite. God bless this ludicrous branch and their customers.
I'd rather have a robot serve me than those tellers. 🤖😒
