Caroll, does not know how to change name on scotia bank online, gave me awkward look when I asked to do so. Clearly mentioned her my issue with name in bank and gave her my drivers license to show correct name, even though she did not pay attention to it and sent my wrong name again. As a customer we were denied to use the washroom so please make sure to remember that this branch does not let us use their washroom. Highly rude and 0 patience staff. Please choose some other branch if you want peace of mind while banking.

SCOTIABANK IS HORRIBLE!!! I deposited a GOVERNMENT cheque. Was told there would be a 5 day hold on part of my funds. Its been 20 days and they won't deposit my money for me! This is disgusting customer service!! I have money that I'm not able to access unless I go back there in person to talk to someone. I live 40 minutes away from the nearest branch!
