Service is always polite and professional. Easy to get an appointment and was always satisfied. I wish they were open till 5 on more days. And half day on Saturday would be helpful.
Caroll, does not know how to change name on scotia bank online, gave me awkward look when I asked to do so. Clearly mentioned her my issue with name in bank and gave her my drivers license to show correct name, even though she did not pay attention to it and sent my wrong name again. After 4 days, I had to call the advisor to see why name change has not been done yet. As a customer we were denied to use the washroom so please make sure to remember that this branch does not let us use their washroom. Highly rude and 0 patience staff. Please choose some other branch if you want peace of mind while banking.
