SCOTIABANK IS HORRIBLE!!! I deposited a GOVERNMENT cheque. Was told there would be a 5 day hold on part of my funds. Its been 20 days and they won't deposit my money for me! This is disgusting customer service!! I have money that I'm not able to access unless I go back there in person to talk to someone. I live 40 minutes away from the nearest branch! You guys are thieves!!! You won't give me my money or a reason why I can't have my money. I will be closing my accounts and finding a bank that cares about customer service. HO... read more
