Worst customer service.
One of the worst banks. Entitled bank employees who don't care about the customer. Made to wait 30 minutes for an appointment. Avoid this bank. Some of the best banks like TD, RBC, CBIC, BMO are nearby. Happy to take my business elsewhere
If you're in a hurry, this is not the branch to go to. Even if the line looks very short, it takes a long time. Stars for the great security guard at the door.
Unprofessional customer service. Employees talk in their own language and not paying attention to the customers waiting in line. I can understand why they have very low ratings. Very frustrating. I wish I can give zero star..
