Worst customer service ever. I would have given zero star.
This branch is hopeless. I don’t understand why they are still there since everyone found bad service there. I called this branch for opening an account and the lady on the phone was rude, unprofessional and impatient. I feel like they don’t want to do business with me and I have a lot of choices, rbc cibc and bmo. Goodbye!

Worst service. Please don’t visit this branch if you need a prompt service. The service is dead slow and the lady at the counter was very rude, refused to serve us, lied that the manager is off when I can clearly see him sitting in his office. People in the customer service don’t even have any knowledge about their basic process. I am giving a star for the one and only person at this branch who knows about the customer service(the security guard).
I booked an appointment (on call) with abdullah amiry for today for 11.30. I sent him 2 emails to call me but he didn’t respond to my emails. Even I haven’t received any call from him! So disappointed, going to close my account from Scotia bank.
