- Main door always closed all weekends, If you want to use ATM on weekends you can’t access the ATM because main door is closed. I face four times the same issue, they don’t want to improve. During long weekends their ATMs are mostly empty. Customers get tired but they don’t want to improve on this, they don’t care if they loose business.

I’ve been a long-time Scotiabank customer with multiple products, but I had a frustrating experience recently. I visited the branch to get a copy of my recent credit card statement after my card’s PIN was changed. One of the reps was helpful and tried to assist, but Manager Gigi told me it wasn’t possible to print it out. Moments later, it was magically printed without issue.
