The manager is very unprofessional and not at all ready to help or answer our queries. Talk rudely and when I told him about his behaviour he literally blocked my account without my permission as soon as i left the bank just because of his ego i have to get a new card from the bank and cannot access my card this weekend. Would like to reveal the name of the manager Salahuddin Ahmed. Avoid this location at all cost they do changes to your account without your permission.
Amazing customer service at this branch. Been there twice and the staff has exceeded my expectations. Good Job!
