They should either close this location or fire all the staff.
This location sucks. I’m always playing the guessing game, whenever I try to withdraw cash from the ABM. Will the machine work today? Or will it not? I would recommend a different branch. I’m done with this branch completely.
The staff was friendly enough... signed up for a bank account online through my mobile device! Last week! What a complete waste of time! They sent me a card with no information. No security info, no pin number, No account information! So I was forced to go to location nearest to my work. Waited inline. For almost thirty minutes just to get to the teller... to find out that they sent me a card that didn't even work! Spoke to 3 different people. At this branch!
