The staff are amazing. But over worked. They aren't fairly staffed and to much is put on to a good fre people. The wait times are horrendous, the management need to get to work and hire some more staff.
Absolutely terrible customer service,went to an appointment and was told the person we were to see wasn’t employed anymore!Thank you for an email! The person we saw couldn’t help us at all,so we left.Spoke to the manager and he wasn’t concerned at all about the service,,,another yes man, told him we were closing all our accounts and investments..he said good luck finding a better bank!!
