I Have been customer of this bank for past seven years But never had an issue since this morning I got a call from the same branch from the assistant manager, Sandra, for disrespecting & harassing me to stand against a customer full of prejudices. She gave me a complete example of unprofessional behavior towards none caucasian customers. I would like to take the bank to court for not treating customers and employees equally as per Canadian Human Rights Act.

Terrible bank. God help you if you needed help in a hurry due to a death or some other emergency. Make sure if you die you give your executor a months notice. BNS has not moved into the digital age for your convenience but just for their excessive profits.

Worst banking machines I've ever used. Not working 50 % of the time I have tried to use them.

I had an excellent experience with Mr. Anoop Manganassery at Scotiabank.
