Terrible client services. Was told 10 minutes wait but waited an hour instead. Wasting people’s time.
Shadi Fatemi, the financial advisor at this branch, has not responded to my emails for over three months. I was in back home and difficult situation and needed guidance, but her lack of response had serious consequences for my accounts.
I had an amazing experience with Mrs. Atena. She was extremely helpful, professional, and kind, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making the whole process so much easier for me. Truly grateful for her support—Scotiabank is lucky to have her!
This bank provides wonderful customer service. Reza and his team treat me wonderfully whenever I come in. Shadi handles my personal accounts and is also superb. Strongly recommend this bank to anyone who doesn't want to be "just another account".
