I had fantastic service at the main counter from Billy yesterday . I went to purchase foreign currency . I was told initially ( on the help phone ) that that branch only had half of the amount I was wanting to purchase. It was to be put aside in my name . When I arrived at the branch, he took the time to find out that they in fact, had the full amount I was wanting, and then also took the time and effort to make sure I had the denominations that I wanted. The old Asian lady needs to be educated about identifications before even being placed where she is. She accused me of putting the photo on my own official Canadian government ID myself. Like what? How are you even qualified for that job if you don't even know every government I.D's that exist. Joke of a place. You tell them what you need and just for their first move they need eternity of a time just so they can process what they need to do

Give 0 star. The worst bank ever. Even though it’s the closest location to me, I will not go there anymore as every time they made me feel so bad. After reading google reviews, I realize that just their attitudes are not good to most people. I don’t wanna ruin my day anymore because of them.

This branch is a complete joke. They have no idea what they are doing. If you talk to anyone at this place they will more than likely refer you to a different department. When you get to said department that person will tell you that you need to talk to your direct bank. The managers and assistant managers are apparently never in the office because they refuse to pick up or take calls. There is a reason every scotia bank has a 2 star rating. They may pretend to be nice but that’s all they can do because they are incompetent ... read more
