tellers doesn't know anything about their job. Worst branch ever, my bank balance is 0, and i went to close the account, they ask me to pay for next month monthly fee. How funny is that.
Mrs. Maryam Arabshahi as a cashier help me s lot to get my offer from bank. She was like a really professional explain and did what ever I asked. Thanks Mrs. Arabshahi you cause I had a fantastic journey with your bank.
Bad experience at this Scotia branch. Came in with an appointment to see an advisor and when I arrived, I was told that the advisor who was scheduled to meet with doesn’t work on Saturdays and all the other advisors are fully booked for the day. I don’t know why they would set up my appointment with someone who doesn’t work on that day. They should really fix their online booking system. Waste of time coming to this branch!!
Worst bank I have ever encountered.. they dont want you to open an account with them. I went their last week and asked can i open an account with scotia. She responded i am late, to which i agreed because i was late and i went to just ask whats the procedure. Receptionist said come next week. But she did not create my profile even though there was still only half an hours left for closing.Now after a week when i went there to get an account open. Friendly tellers. Clean. Newly renovated. Bank manager asks too many questions about your money even after the teller already did the verification and was himself frustrated at the mgr. I guess they're doing their job.
