I don’t know about other branches, but some staffs here at this branch should know what is meant by customer service. The young lady called Negar was quite impatient spoke with a low volume (I have to let her repeat some sentences but looks like she wasn’t happy with it) no smile, and had to ask branch managers about some basic things. C’mon, Scotiabank is a reputable bank in Canada.
