I just cannot thank the wonderful staff at the bank for going beyond to make my life easier. I have a good friend that has dementia and needs help with his banking. Mahim M. and Chris S. are always available to help. Ineeded special help to load banking software in my phone and Chris was a wizard in fixing my issue. I recently visited the bank at 4.59 pm and had a pile of bills to pay and Mahim was as helpful and pleasant as ever. Thankyou again for your support.

Alex is a gem and well-grounded personal banker. She will make you feel like a wanted customer even if not depositing big checks. I had a singularly terrible experience with this branch. Having been there for 19 years, I expected them to help resolve it. In the end, they moved to cover it up. Without going into specifics, avoid the senior financial advisor, Chinwe. She can put on a facade of being nice for a time. Once that time is over, she shows her true colours.
