This banking institution is just disorganized. I closed my accounts. This due to poor management. Perhaps the banking associate should undergo a orientation one more time.
I am an account holder at Burlington ON (downtown) branch since 2013. Above given one star is for the Wire Transfer Team of The Bank of Nova Scotia. The reason for that is their lack of customer service: instead of send an email or informing my home branch or just giving a call they did nothing but wait!? I just cannot thank the wonderful staff at the bank for going beyond to make my life easier. I have a good friend that has dementia and needs help with his banking. Mahim M. and Chris S. are always available to help. Ineeded special help to load banking software in my phone and Chris was a wizard in fixing my issue. I recently visited the bank at 4.59 pm and had a pile of bills to pay and Mahim was as helpful and pleasant as ever. Thankyou again for your support.

If you are looking for a new bank in Burlington, come to this branch. They remember the importance of good customer service and manners. The reps I met were not robotic, and intake was painless. Alex is a gem and well-grounded personal banker. She will make you feel like a wanted customer even if not depositing big checks.
