Worst location scotiabank has! They are only open for a few hours everyday, what happened to banking hours 8-5pm?? The tellers are to busy talking with people they know to care about how long the line is.. hire more people and open longer! Your a disgrace to scotiabank!
The digital hours thing is a total joke. Why not just stay closed instead?
We have dealt with them for years for both home mortgage and business. Lately though they have embraced woke ideology. They are also including "digital hours" in their actual business hours of operation. You will not get an actual teller after 3PM.
I don't recommend Scotia Bank to any working class person, they do not care about their clients. I've had a joint account for three months now and my account was set up wrong twice, all my paychecks are held for five business days ( unless it's direct deposit). Today I was told they are switching to digital banking and are only open until 3pm. After that you have to use the machine. What bank is only open until 3 pm?
