in general the clerical staff are nice, but the financial advisor and manager, be careful, they use the rules of the bank to make your life hard and not let you withdraw your money. it is not their fault, it is the bank's rules they have to follow but they can be human too!!!
Very friendly and professional staff, opening an account was smooth and educative. I would highly recommend Scotiabank and this branch. Thank you for the great customer service.
Be prepared to wait longer than at any branch in the City. Only two tellers for a very busy location. Person at reception refused to assist despite the extended wait.
