Went to exchange for foreign currency. Teller informed me they were a small branch so they were unable to help but that the bigger branches have it available. The teller instructed me to go to another location, 30 min walk away, only for that teller to tell me they dont do exchanges at all, which is not what it says on the Scotiabank website. Maybe update the website and your staff

Brand new building, on street level new home for Scotiabank. Every time I walked in bad unpleasant odour hits my nose it’s also my new brunch, I like to get great service from bank tailors but they have to do something about it. For sure this odour is coming from sewage and worse in summer time with high humidity 🤢also two bank machines outside of the bank NOT clean … full of street dirt and fingers prints. How do we have to use dirty screens 🦠with you know what I mean 🥴
Today we jave 2 bank tellers....but one of them can't do anything because the system is down.... So he just asks 'can i help?' knowing he can't. Delicious.
A rude and arrogant old Asian man with white hair cut in line, it yelled a girl, but no one did anything about it, no tellers cares about it
