Divest from Elbit systems
Extremely slow staff on the front line. Constantly needs assistance from someone else resulting the wait times to exceed more. They don’t care about people waiting in line at all. Takes their whole time in the world to call the next person in line even after the other person left. They need more efficient and knowledgeable people on the front line. They can’t put all trainees together and extremely extremely slow!!
The frontline staff seems to be a bunch of university kids not knowing what professionalism and customer service means. Highly incompetent.
The branch smell sweage I was in line 15 minutes I catch headache I feel sad for the employee that work in this condition they should inform the land lord or the condo building they have an issue with venting
