The frontline staff seems to be a bunch of university kids not knowing what professionalism and customer service means. Highly incompetent.
The branch smell sweage I was in line 15 minutes I catch headache I feel sad for the employee that work in this condition they should inform the land lord or the condo building they have an issue with venting

I wish i can rate 0 star. What an attitude and rude teller (white girl 02/07. 12 pm.) Her question was why u come to downtown to withdraw money if your home branch is scarborough. I was surprised by her question. Second I need to withdraw 8k from my account but she can only give 2k because the branch is small. (What a shameful excuse for a bank). Why don’t they shut down if they can’t give a service. Third they charge 15$ for my balance statement (it is just one A4 paper sheet) where other banks provide it for free. What a ... read more
Worse experience. I went to withdraw money from this branch yesterday and the lady on teller told me they are small branch and they can't give me the amount that I need to withdraw. I agreed upon the amount they offer me but later again they deduct the amount which disappoint me. Teller service need to be improved. The lady on teller with negative attitude. She should know being in the service industry need to know how to treat with their customers.
