Only 1 machine of the 3 actually has money to withdraw and it only has 2 kinds of bills available. Most ridiculous branch I've ever visited.
By far the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The advisor booked the incorrect time, when that was corrected he showed up late. I told him that I was new to corporate accounts, and would need some guidance. Instead he was rude, condescending and in the end he told me that he wasn't able to help me.
This location is a joke. How about actually helping people? Teller with glasses needs more training!!
No wonder their rating is so low. They can’t process a simple branch level task that I’ve done multiple times in the past. Saying you have to go to your home branch which is far away and not realistic. I went to another Scotiabank in the area and they were able to process simply and professionally, and reassured me that this branch should’ve handled it.
