Tired to bank with Scotia was laughed at trying to open up at the scotia bank location 4:30 pm 9/11/25. Great customer service will be terminating all products with SC
They have zero respect for your time. I showed up for my appointment and I had to wait 20 minutes and I was still not served although I made an appointment a day earlier.
This branch refused to deposit Indian currency and stated a vague policy which is only known to them and specific to their branch. They are also unable to provide a written copy of this "policy". Nowhere on their website, is this "policy" stated. An employee then mentioned a Bank of America policy being imposed on them and them not being able to accept Mexican or Indian money. This policy is not told to the customers and we just end up wasting our time at the branch. I believe this branch is highly racist in their operating ... read more
