Busy Saturday afternoon came by to do some ‘quick banking’ the lady in the corner is just scrolling on her phone instead of helping the staff, two tellers only. Do better Scotiabank!
This branch is struggling with multiple issues: consistently broken ATMs, subpar customer service, and a disturbing lack of cleanliness. The strong, unpleasant odor immediately upon entry is particularly concerning.
Nice experience. Front desk officer Lisa was so kind and quick to resolve our query- request. Plenty of parking.
Tired to bank with Scotia was laughed at trying to open up at the scotia bank location 4:30 pm 9/11/25. Great customer service will be terminating all products with SC
