Had a great experience opening both a personal and business account with Meron and Inderjot. They were respectful, attentive, and efficient throughout the whole process. Genuinely great people to deal with, I'm looking forward to making this my home branch. I also spent about two hours at the branch yesterday and didn't observe a single instance of staff being rude to any customer. Not sure what some of these negative reviews are referring to, people are quick to complain, but that hasn't been my experience at all.
Not surprised by the 2-star average rating. Although this branch is new, it lacks professionalism and organization. The overall experience was disappointing, and there’s clearly room for improvement.
Only 1 machine of the 3 actually has money to withdraw and it only has 2 kinds of bills available. Most ridiculous branch I've ever visited.
