Worst experience of my life. I’m very upset by the service of so called senior financial advisor Kulwinder rajpoot. There is no professionalism , no timely responses of emails, I had to wait two weeks to get a response and now I’m still waiting from last four days for another response. No wonder this branch has just 2.2 rating on Google reviews!!!! Never should’ve come to your branch , I regret it now!!!! Please give your employees better training!!! Or at least reply to your emails on time!!!!
The Manager is the most ignorant bank staff I've ever met. He is a liar, I tried using the ATM this morning, sign says open at 8:30, it was a few minutes to 9 when he arrived and unlocked the doors. When I asked about it, he said he was there at 8:32... Poor service all around, cant even keep a schedule...how are you running a business and protecting my money?
Been to this branch several times over the past few years and I'm always left frustrated and disappointed. The tellers are extremely slow, incompetent and lack basic customer service etiquette. I usually end up having to visit the branch multiple times or calling customer service for simple tasks like setting up direct deposit or withdrawing cash. Regret opening an account at Scotia, especially at this location.
