What is wrong with the service at this branch? People working here are rude, entitled and don't know their own bank rules. They constantly ask for ID proof and talk down to customers. This has happened twice now. Wasted time today going here when they don't know their own rules.

Attempting to work with the individuals at this branch is impossible. Mortgages: after 4 unnecessary in person appointments, there was still such a clear lack of understanding regarding my mortgage needs, that it felt like we were having two different conversations. I eventually had to go to the manager. They said it was a training opportunity. Estate Accounts: yet again, the individual in charge of our estate account didn’t know what probate meant. Went there to withdraw cash, they first rejected and later said we need your passport, like seriously I have to carry my national document for a small transaction and even after that I got questioned like Its my immigration, they literally makes me feel I am a shady man. If you want to verify something it must be a proper way to go through - very bad customer service.
