I had a very frustrating experience with this branch. On Tuesday, I called to order euros. It’s nearly impossible to get in touch with the branch directly; you can’t just call a general line, you have to know a person’s extension or name. I ended up speaking to a call centre representative who placed my order: €100 in 5s, €100 in 10s, and €100 in 20s. my fiance and I went here to send a wire transfer to our wedding venue, due to our schedule at the time, we could only make it there for 16:45. We have never done one before, upon arrival the help was rude and unprofessional. We gave them the Wire transfer information to enter. we also felt rushed, as if the teller who helped us just wanted to go home, as they closed at 17:00hrs They proceeded to do so, while using the email from my phone to copy to the wire. we were then given the reciept to review to make sure everything w... read more
Do not expect to ever receive a reply from Guy Morin, as I was informed "he receives alot of emails". The service from the front desk is great, however, do not go into one of the offices, it is all downhill from there.
