Came here at night to use the ATM, but the door card reader doesn’t work. No sign, no notice—people come from far just to find out they can’t get in. Terrible customer service to leave this broken without warning. Keep it working—or at least let customers know it’s out of order.
excellent friendly service. Took our two young lads in to open their bank accounts after just moving back from abroad and Chris was exceptional helping the lads out. Giving plenty of advice on what would be best for them. Exceptional.
Absolutely horrible, unprofessional. Guy Morin, the manager, and Gulnar Mammadova, the assistant mgr, both were verbally abusive, rude and racist. They advertised something (falsely) for one of their financial products and when it came time, completely flipped 180 degrees. When questioned and realizing that what they said didn't make sense, started shouting and getting abusive. I've never experienced such behavior at a bank in my life.
