Cass is consistently outstanding—every time I visit, I’m welcomed with her warm and radiant smile. Today, I stopped by with my daughter, and we were both greeted with that same incredible energy. She’s truly a gem and absolutely deserving of a raise. Mr. C. Shah was also a pleasure to interact with. His customer service was exceptional, and he offered us a variety of helpful options. He’s a fantastic addition to the Scotiabank Sherway team. THANK YOU -N.I.A.

Banks are all greedy little children stealing your money but 45 min to speak to a rep on the phone ?? I can only speak w a business rep a few hours during the day ?? 98% of the actions for the account are the same as a regular account ?? Now you delete half my contacts for the etransfer on the app and why when there is 5k MORE money in my saving account last month yet somehow the interest payment you paid me is LESS than the previous ? I'm supposed to wait 45 min to get an answer .. providing you don't tell me I need to get ... read more

This is my home branch and I have been visiting this location for a couple years. Honestly, I am not sure why the rating is so bad because I never had a bad experience here. Tellers do change frequently but everyone that I have met for the past couple years were helpful and kind. Every time I go in, they always ensure everything’s been taken care of!
