I recently visited this scotiabank site and my experience was super good. Venus Patel is such an experienced agent and he did everything so that we could get a decent renewal rate. He is very knowledgeable and patient. Answered all our questions and we didn't feel rushed at any point of time during out appointment. Hope he stays at this branch for good.
