Banks are all greedy little children stealing your money but 45 min to speak to a rep on the phone ?? I can only speak w a business rep a few hours during the day ?? 98% of the actions for the account are the same as a regular account ?? Now you delete half my contacts for the etransfer on the app and why when there is 5k MORE money in my saving account last month yet somehow the interest payment you paid me is LESS than the previous ? This is my home branch and I have been visiting this location for a couple years. Honestly, I am not sure why the rating is so bad because I never had a bad experience here. Tellers do change frequently but everyone that I have met for the past couple years were helpful and kind. Every time I go in, they always ensure everything’s been taken care of!
Worst experience ever: No wonder the ratings are so low for this Scotiabank branch. I went there to exchange $200 in bills for coins. Fortunately, all the tellers were available, and a lady called me over and asked how she could help. I simply requested to change the bills into coins. The first thing she asked was whether it was for business or personal use. I told her it was for business. She then asked if I had an account with that specific branch.
