DO NOT USE THE ATM OUTSIDE TO DEPOSIT Took $1000 of my rent money and just spit out a deposit error receipt. The first representative told me funds should come in the next day, it didn’t. Second representative told me it’s gonna take multiple days, and transferred me to the dispute department. Third representative told me i have to go to the exact branch and it usually takes 3-5 business days for the funds to process. Horrible customer service.
Waited in line and saw one of the lady workers telling another to not take their scheduled break because the customer line was too long. That should have been the first red flag. I ended up going to that lady for help and asked her to change my chequing account to a student chequing one. Lady said that she changed my chequing account to a student one after she checked all necessary IDs and things. Over a week later and it still is not changed to a student chequing account.
