This Scotiabank is great and the staff have all been incredible in both the execution of their services, as well as providing me helpful advice every visit. No other bank I've been to has been this hardworking and consistent in performance. Rachel really stands out with her proactive communication. On June 4th 2026 I visited this branch at Soadine and Dundas to withdraw USD $120. The teller asked me to wait 5–10 minutes while they prepared the cash, which surprised me since I assumed a bank would have U.S. dollars readily available. After waiting more than 10 minutes, I returned to the teller. He had only one customer at his counter, so I asked about my withdrawal.
