believe the reviews. Jin Yang the mortgage specialist totally missed our appointment, calls me 40 minutes late with no apology, then tells me she can’t even give me basic information.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. We ordered a cheque book in 2024, and it literally NEVER arrived. The staff here did absolutely nothing to help us with getting either a replacement cheque book or providing a refund. They simply told us that they are not responsible for cheque books and that they have a third party company that does it. Mind you, they provided us with no information regarding how to get in contact with them. Also while trying to figure it out, the staff member simply disappeared for 30 mins, only for someone else ... read more
