I went in 5 minutes prior to the bank closing and the amount of calmness, professionalism and sweetness the team at this branch helped me with was marvellous. They even gave me water first thing with the crazy heat and my running to reach before closing, lol. Nanci, Rishi and Kyle were so amazing, kind and helpful! This branch is very lucky to have them :) Thank you so much team!
This place is closed on Saturdays. It’s unbelievable that all these people working here don’t realize their Google Maps hours are outdated. I guess no one cares about client experience here.
I went to this branch today to renew my debit card. The staff member helped me very quickly and was really kind. I believe his name was Zeyu Zeng. I also like this branch in general because it’s usually not very busy.
I'm thankful I found Mide as a financial advisor. He is patient and explains things in a clear and concise manner that I can understand. It's not always easy explaining financial difficulties, but I found I was immediately comfortable opening up to Mide, and presenting my financial woes to him. He was empathic and non judgemental, also has a genuine demeanor, and knowledgeable. This is based on several appointments I've had with him. 5 stars for Mide...and the Filipino woman who works the front , I didn't catch her name lol.
I gave 0 to the manager, he is not worth of 1 star.
