It's not great customer service and treating other bank customer badly this is not first time .I m gad i do not have bank services with this queen st brach staff not polite and too much arrogant .
The girl with short hair had too much attitude for the customers soo bad she was very unprofessional and didnt knww anything she was training an intern but she her self need training first lol
The manager Mernoosh is very unprofessional
