Had some issues setting up my accounts and online banking. Anisa was super helpful in getting it all sorted! Dispite dealing with a difficult client before me. She maintained a sunny and positive attitude and made the process super smooth.
The staff was v friendly and helpful:) Especially the woman sitting at the first desk around 10:45 am who helped me w exchange :) Would recommend!
Unfortunately, my experience at this Scotiabank has been far from adequate. I really try not to go to the bank, But when I do have to go, I am confronted with a teller , i think her name is Anisa. Her attitude is very passive aggressive and condescending. I asked for support regarding an issue with my account balance and she talked to me like I was stupid and I did not appreciate it. Eventually, i got support from someone else and they were great, so customer service is unfortunately not the best at this location.
