Unfortunately, my experience at this Scotiabank has been far from adequate. I really try not to go to the bank, But when I do have to go, I am confronted with a teller , i think her name is Anisa. Her attitude is very passive aggressive and condescending. I asked for support regarding an issue with my account balance and she talked to me like I was stupid and I did not appreciate it. Eventually, i got support from someone else and they were great, so customer service is unfortunately not the best at this location.
Absolutely useless bank don’t go to this branch
I want to extend a special shout to the financial advisor Tracy, who helped me successfully open up a brand new account with Scotiabank. She is a highly intelligent individual with a lot of insight. The bank tellers at the front are not good with customer service, and not very helpful in terms of their lack of financial knowledge and social awareness. If it wasn’t for Tracy, I would’ve went to a different location with my business.
Don't waste your time with this branch at all. They will make your like harder
DO NOT GO INTO THIS BRANCH! The guy sitting in the front seemed like he was very depressed and was lazy and did not want to help me . Horrible experience
