Very incompetent. If you require a student line of credit, I suggest going with another bank. The bank claims to give a choice in amortization length, but the process to getting this done is overly tedious.
My experience at this branch was an amazing one. Not only was the tellers helpful, Tracy To, the Mutual Fund specialist, was especially kind, patient, and thorough. She helped us complete the mortgage process and open up new accounts.
This Bank does! NOT!! Letting people used the ATM after hours for walk in custumers!! Making them to used! Drive thorugh! That is desing for cars!! Not!! For walk inn! Custumers!! The teller staff utterly incompetent and are so much rude and arrogant that doesn’t even understand basic requirements of documents for customers. On top of that even after explaining the situation they were not even ready to listen. Ultimately had to get the manager to intervene and she understood and helped with the documents but teller just lacks the basic knowledge of banking and related paperwork processes. Efforts should be made to educate the front end staff.
Please note that this branch locks its doors at 4:30 p.m. on weekdays, even though Google Maps says it's open until 5:00 p.m. If you're unable to serve customers until 5:00 p.m., please update your Google Maps hours to reflect the actual closing time instead of misleading people.
