I haven't been to this branch in over a year, and for good reason. I work at a small business that occasionally needs coin rolls. Somehow, every time I go to this location, they've always "run out" of most types of coin. I'd understand if it was right at the end of the day, but today I went at 1pm, barely halfway through the day. I don't understand how a bank can run put of coins so early in the day, so consistently, so often, and yet never seems to plan to have more on-hand for the future. Very rude and unlikely manager. Choose a different bank branch, don’t waste your time.
I booked an appointment to open an account at this particular branch. In the middle of the appointment the MANAGER kick me out saying to get another place to open my account because she needed to close the branch and go home. I tried to had a chat with her but she was out of her mind. Very rude and very disrespectful person. I’m still trying to understand what happened there. I gave 1 star because I can’t give less than that to leave a review.
It's not great customer service and treating other bank customer badly this is not first time .I m gad i do not have bank services with this queen st brach staff not polite and too much arrogant .
