Terrible customer service. No one to represent the bank when you walk in. Late for their own appointments in their own offices. This is the worst Scotiabank branch in the lower mainland.
You need to hire more staff and you need to call back your customers when they have massive amounts of liquid capital to deposit at you bank (spoiler, I didn't, you never called me back and I'm not begging)
Short on staff but Deepesh helped me. Overall good experience
Customer service could not be worse. Rude, not helpful. I would not do business with them.
