Absolutely disgraceful! Poor working machines. Machines steal your money and card and you’re left waiting on the clock trying to get a resolution. Trying to get compensation waiting around for almost an hour is next to impossible. I’ve been using Scotia banks atm machines for over 15 years and never encountered this problem. As a project consultant, lost time at 200/hr is no jokes waiting around. A lawyer would be around the same salary per hour.
Trash from this bank invested my money for 3 years and got me -4%, and they kept telling me they are CPigA,CFxxkA Charterholder so that they know how to invest(how to sell Mutual funds/GIC). I made more money than your investment team with my feet
Big thanks to Rohan Bajaj!! I called in a panic for some information on my mortgage and he got me what I needed within minutes. Not the "usual" service you get from banks so this was really above and beyond and I am very thankful for his help!!
