Teller was very courteous and helpful. Dhruv, one of the financial advisors, is a good guy. Helped me out when automated systems didn’t work with my unique situation. He’s very professional and was on top of the details.
I had an appointment to open a business bank account. There was no one to check in with and so I waited and a random teller walked by who told me the person I was supposed to meet had another appointment but would check. She went to the back and then returned without saying anything and so I left after waiting 15 minutes. It seems clear this bank / location cares little of customer service or their review score based off the consistent poor customer service.
On June 12,2026, I went to this branch to transfer my fund beyond the daily limit online. As my issue couldn’t be resolved with the teller, I called the Manager of the branch to get assistance, but he was very rude. I have been a customer of Scotiabank for 34 years, but I haven’t seen the staff like him at Scotiabank.
