I don’t even want to give ie one star but the system made me to do. The worst banking service that i had in Canada. Thanks for the worst customer service i will never use their service any more. I received a broken 50 dollar bill from their ATM and they refused to exchange a new one to me, instead they said they will ask the HO or somewhere else to see what they can do for me. Worst ever banking experience i had. Super rude teller the girl teller around 4:00pm. I had an appointment but i had an emergency so i was late 30mins but I heard her saying i dont care and they want me to leave instead. Im trying to open an account and look for an investment but jeez i hope it wont happen again to other people. Wow, i decided to leave my experience to this location and was so surprised for the rate. Manager doesn’t even reply to my emails. I lost $500 discount because of tailor mistake, not the manager of location, not a complaint department didn’t offer any refund. The WORST Bank in Canada so far.
The service at this location is both slow and unprofessional. The staff are clearly not well trained since there is always a lot of waiting around while they trying to figure things out amongst themselves. I was set up with a "financial advisor" named Aimee who never responds to e-mails. I've honestly never experienced such lack of professionalism and service from a bank before and would not recommend this location to anyone.
No banking services…. They didn’t do their jobs even opening the account.
