Absolutely the worst bank. There's a middle-aged lady with short hair at the front desk—you simply can't communicate with her properly. She manages to turn even the simplest transactions into something complicated. There’s a reason why this branch has a rating as high as 3.0!
If your front desk staff are not professional, please replace them.
