ABM is slower than my Celeron.
The worst experience with the teller. The guy was a trainee who asked for documents which were not updated in 8 years .He kept asking for foreign passport and when i gave him ,he said it was not acceptable because it was not issued by canada so i asked if he wanted a canadian passport .He just made up his mind not to help me .The guy needed serious training and people skills .He kept asking me to go away to the government .He also kept asking for a Social Insurance Card. i never got one from service canada and i told him the... read more
Appointment made online and received several confirmations via emails and personal call direct from the appointed staff Lucus Lau 1 hour before the appointment in that morning. I arrived on time, customer service was not existent. I was so upset that I had been waited for 45 mins to meet Lucus Lau. Time is valuable, i gave him only 15 mins and left.
