If I could only give this bank a 0 star! Worst customer service! The bank employees has no idea about bank policies and procedures! This bank ranks in the lowest for a reason!
I use this branch quite frequently as it’s a little closer than my regular one. I have always been greeted pleasantly and thanked for my business by staff and haven’t had any issues getting done what I needed to do. Sometimes a little busier than normal, but have also had many times where I have been in and out in minutes.
Great service at the counter. Young man was clear and supportive! Overall attitude of everyone including the security guard, was great! Quite pleasant!
Staff are great, but you’ll wait forever to see a teller. Not the bank’s fault though. They always have staff coming out to help the line. The older generation needs to learn how to use the ATM or online banking instead of backing up the line to see the teller.
