Refused me service even when providing 2 Canadian issued ID’s
I came in to apply for a product to manage my debt responsibly and was quickly dismissed by advisor named Sherene, who based her decision on incorrect information. I later confirmed with TransUnion and my creditor that what she claimed wasn’t accurate. When I brought it up, she blamed it entirely on “what the system told her,” without making any effort to verify or understand my actual situation. Warning to all: do not go to this branch! They closed my account and banned me from all locations after I got upset because they refused me access to my funds. This branch enjoys banning people permanently, don’t let them do what they did to me and avoid here.
