Terrible customer service. One teller couldn't understand a word I was saying. Please remove the glass barriers; we are not in COVID times anymore. Everyone can hear about your personal banking because you have to raise your voice to overcome the barrier. I end up speaking into the space between the barriers just so they can hear me, which defeats the purpose of the glass to begin with. In general, the tellers are different than how they used to be 20 years ago. Not a single ounce of empathy from these people.
I had a great experience with Tara at the customer service desk! She took the time to understand my banking needs, and was extremely efficient in completing all processes while being patient and communicative with me throughout. Thank you for such great service!
I was put on hold for 20 minutes and then sent a voicemail where the guy said bye-bye, and hung up with no voicemail.
Called the assistant manager yesterday morning still haven’t heard back
I went to 4 machines to get cash out none of them work. The drive through and the 3 inside. Ridiculous , and then the bank doesn’t open till 930 however I needed cash out at 9. Need to switch banks always problems here
