WORST LOCATION EVER!! the outside ATM NEVER works and the inside ATM is locked after hours. Employees are generally rude and unbothered, tried ordering another currency for a vacation and they gave me the wrong date to pickup so i wasn’t able to get the cash for my trip. Do not come to this branch
i went to this dundas branch today to inquire about my own money why my payment is not showing in my account yet instead of explaining me the reason she was trying to make me look like liar not listening to me the lady at customer desk was so disrespectful and loud . i felt humiliated infront of other customer and employee . i am not going there again not recommending this bank to anyone else . i am 45 now never ever experienced such humiliation in my life in any bank. i have made a formal complain already on phone but will ... read more
My mom asked me to deposit money into her account at an ATM and gave me her card as she was sick. This scotiabank branch had no ATMs in service due to upgrades. The bank teller, Nanami said I cannot deposit money into that account, so I deposited my mother’s money into my scotiabank account and e-transferred my mom.
