After more than 30 years with Scotiabank, my experience with this branch ultimately led to my exit. What should have been a straightforward process based on prior precedent turned into several weeks of delay and then inconsistent communication, changing direction, confusion, and unnecessary burden. Most disappointing was the lack of leadership, accountability, and clear communication throughout the experience.
