Branch manager is great when you can reach him. That’s a long shot though, they don’t have a receptionist and half the time their voicemails don’t even work. If he’s away there doesn’t seem to be anyone covering. Always been a nightmare when we need to reach them for our business.

I visited this branch on Tuesday to deposit a cheque for the closing of my mortgage scheduled for Thursday. I was told to return Thursday to request the release of funds. When I did, I was met with unnecessary pushback, delays, and clear microaggressive behavior from the representative assisting me. After 30 minutes, she refused to release the funds, so I left and returned later to speak with the branch manager. Manager threatened to cancel bank card as its the Worst place to make deposit on behalf of someone else. Deposit not accepted even with bank card abd pin number because I couldn't recite savings account number. Manager threatened cancelation of card
