Manager threatened to cancel bank card as its the Worst place to make deposit on behalf of someone else. Deposit not accepted even with bank card abd pin number because I couldn't recite savings account number. Manager threatened cancelation of card
Horrible and unprofessional bank manager “Nagesh”.I made a Facebook marketplace sale which I was told almost a week later the e transfer that I received was fraudulent so I go in to resolve the problem and this guy literally laughs in my face and tells me it’s my fault I got scammed that l should have known better. It’s Christmas Eve and I have no access to my bank account nothing is funny about that. Had to get up and leave after being laughed at and treated disgusting.
Did not appreciate the horrible approach to my request. Terrible customer service! Disappointed. Will be changing to a another branch.
