Worst banking experience I've ever had. They literally block your money whenever they feel like it. They froze my whole account and locked me out for transferring $6k of MY money to my FHSA. This was after completing two factor authentication when initiating the transfer, so clearly it was me. After over an hour on the phone with the Fraud Department confirming these were my transfers and not fraud, they still have not released the etransfer funds 4 days later! ATM only had 10 dollar bills. Maybe check that the ATM has enough bills knowing there is a holiday the next day?
Customer service from tellers are good. I have not had any good luck with there financial advisors. I have been a client for a decade, 1 mistake ended up costing my interest rate to go up 50%.... they couldn't / wouldn't reverse it. It was my own wrongdoing not reading the fine print. It will end up costing me lots of $. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
