Very helpful
Needed to pay off the car loan on a weekend. The representative said they cannot help , you need to call a department on business day to pay off the loan. Could not give clear instructions of the process. We ended up going to a different branch where the person resolved our request in 10 min. More and more get convinced that people do not know their job.
Maria , I believe her name was, was uneducated when it came to my request and denied me a service. Its not her fault shes old, but the least she can do is be caught up with policies of the company she represents.
Worst banking experience I've ever had. They literally block your money whenever they feel like it. They froze my whole account and locked me out for transferring $6k of MY money to my FHSA. This was after completing two factor authentication when initiating the transfer, so clearly it was me. After over an hour on the phone with the Fraud Department confirming these were my transfers and not fraud, they still have not released the etransfer funds 4 days later! So instead of MY money getting interest in my FHSA, it's locked ... read more
