My experience at this branch was breathtakingly and singularly unpleasant. I will NEVER attempt to do my banking at this branch again. The woman that was called to deal with our banking issue was dismissive, condescending, and absolutely unprofessional in her demeanour and attitude. Perhaps she assumed that since I was of a certain age, I had limited understanding of the basics of banking. The customer service at this branch is honestly unacceptable. Every time I call or need anything, the staff are either completely unhelpful or just plain rude. It feels like they couldn’t care less about their clients.I’ve had enough poor experiences to finally decide to close my account and take my business elsewhere. Very rude branch manager at Scotia bank Coquitlam centre !!!! I’ve been a loyal customer at this bank for some time, but unfortunately had a very disappointing experience recently. The branch manager who was a middle age Persian woman was extremely rude and unprofessional during our interaction. I came in with a simple request and was met with a bad attitude and dismissive behaviour from her. I expected a much higher standard of customer service, especially from someone in a leadership position. Very disappointing!
Mr. Roozbeh Peivandi is great! I appreciate his help and advise. Moreover, I have great faith in him and his professional abilities. I won't hesitate to recommend him to any friend or family.
