Asked about the iTrade SiT200 form, the lady didn't know what I was talking about and told me they dont have it. Then it took me less than 1 min to find it online and email them the link to download it from scotiabank website. When I suggested her to ask someone else but she has refused. I had to talk to another person myself to get better assistance. They seriously need some proper training.
Rush hour and only 2 out of 4 tills are open. Line up goes to the outside. Great service :-)
Always huge lineups and not enough people able to help there. Just a very painful experience.
Soooooo slow. Go to the poco branch instead!
I visited the branch this afternoon for banking services, Anveer and Pariya both helped me in the best possible way around. They listened to my concerns calmly and helped me resolve the issue in quick time. Thanks to both of them.
