Recently I had Very pleasant experience in this branch with one of their staff members (Roozbeh)who perfessionally handled my situation very well. Perhaps this is not my first time ending up happy during my visit to this location.
Everything I need done is done simply, fast, and hassle free. Sometimes there is a line for banking but thats fine, it doesn’t take much time for it to be your turn. As long as you know what you want and have everything you need, you will have a hassle free experience. Been with them since 2021.
Awful customer service and management. Tried to cash out a cheque maild to me by Bank of Scotia and they don't even accept their own damn cheque. Clueless assistant managers too. Stay away from this branch and save yourself the hassle.
Terrible customer service. No smiles, rude attitude, and not helpful at all. Two different tellers gave me conflicting advice for a simple task like activating a debit card and tap service. I was even asked to go home twice to bring different documents. When I asked for an explanation for certain steps, one teller raised his voice and spoke impolitely. Totally unprofessional.
