I was poorly helped by Maria and Grace. I needed to cash a certified cheque. Certified cheques are certified by the issuing bank that the funds have been withdrawn and held in trust. I need the funds to be available and that is why I use certified cheques. Maria and Grace before looking into my account said "We are going to put a hold on this one"
i’ve been here twice now to open an account and the staff has always been welcoming and helpful! Gianna, Aylin, and Carlos were the ones who helped us through the process and we’re grateful for their assistance!
The ladies that work here are really nice, but they take FOREVER. Don't come here if you're in a hurry.
