*AVOID THIS BRANCH AT ALL COSTS” I had an absolutely horrible experience at the Scotiabank Branch this morning. I went there simply to open a credit card, and it turned into a complete waste of time. First, two different employees asked me the exact same questions. Then the second staff member handling my case was completely unhelpful, uninformed, and lacked even basic customer service skills. Lost my debit card and came here for a replacement. Blanca was so helpful and pleasant! I was in and out in no time.
