This Scotiabank branch is fine for simple tasks like deposits or basic questions. However, when you need help with anything more complex, the service is disappointing and staff are not very helpful.

Worst service ever not friendly at all
Truly the worst Scotiabank location, needs to have a complete reset of employees. I’ve been with Scotiabank as long as I can remember and no other branch has ever been even close to as bad as this one. They are extremely slow like extremely, no urgency and just takes forever and it’s everytime I go not just selected times. Everytime Went to exchange euros back to Canadian dollars and the €10 was a bit ripped in the middle mind u the full bill was intact and no pieces were missing just a tiny rip and 2 workers told me they co... read more
I was poorly helped by Maria and Grace. I needed to cash a certified cheque. Certified cheques are certified by the issuing bank that the funds have been withdrawn and held in trust. I need the funds to be available and that is why I use certified cheques. Maria and Grace before looking into my account said "We are going to put a hold on this one"
