I recently visited this Scotiabank branch to open a new account and had an outstanding experience. I actually walked into the branch without an appointment, expecting nothing more than a long wait or a quick "come back later," but the entire visit turned into a truly delightful experience. Mayur Manchekar helped me with my bank draft and gave me a lot of information regarding how credit works. I appreciate his positive attitude also
Worst bank!!!! They do not prioritize the customer and need so much work in customer recovery. Stay clear is my recommendation.
When you try to reach anyone at this branch by phone it always goes straight to voicemail and rarely does anyone get back to you, even the lead of customer experience. Not a great experience at all, I certainly will be changing my home branch to a different one.
