Online banking are the worst service for Scotia Bank . Automatically logout from my phone . I have all kind of information but there system is down . Now I am unable to use online banking. Waiting for at least 1 hour in each call .
I visited Scotiabank in Liberty Village on Christmas Eve morning around 9:45 AM to create a simple profile, as advised by an online representative. Despite providing multiple pieces of ID and a lease agreement, I was repeatedly asked for extremely sensitive, confidential information, which she later admitted was not even required. She also implied my lease agreement wasn’t valid by saying she didn’t understand it, despite it being clearly labeled, containing my legal name, full address, and legally signed via DocuSign.
