Doesn’t feel like Scotia is interested much in repeat business. It took my wife and I 5 emails and 2 calls (only one front desk guy called us back) over the course of nearly a month and a half before finally cc’ing a manager to get our advisor responding to our mortgage renewal inquiry. No ATM accessible outside of business hours
Doesn’t feel like Scotia is interested much in repeat business. It took my wife and I 5 emails and 2 calls, finally cc’ing a manager over the course of nearly a month and a half before we got anyone responding other to our ask about mortgage renewal (only one front desk guy called us back). Maybe just this branch, but super rough, definitely avoid. Would leave zero or negative stars if I could.
Mohidul Mowla such a great person in Scotiabank
I went in person in February to get my online transaction limit increased to pay my rent online and they told me it was approved and that it could take some time to reflect. It’s now April 1st and I have to call my customer service at 11pm just to pay my rent on time. When I called March 1st the person on the phone told me it’s depends how busy the branch manager is.
