I opened a business chequing account through this location which was frozen by the branch immediately after the first deposit was received, despite receiving assurances from the business advisor that there would be no issues. The branch proceeded to ‘ conduct an investigation ‘ for over a week and ultimately closed the account without explanation. A total waste of time. Randomly closed my bank account that I've had for 18years without asking me ...people on the phone tell me to call branch people at the branch tell me to call the phone line . The 800 line is a call centre somewhere far away and it seems like they aren't paid well enough to give a damn. I filed a complaint their is no way to track it . DO NOT BANK HERE

My dad opened me an account here when i was around 10 years old. Im 43 now. Worst bank. Charged me interest while having autopay on. Refuse to refund over 100$. AVOID THESE CROOKS
The worst branch ScotiaBank ever had! Mortgage agents are super unprofessional, they push you for their timelines and rates, but when it comes to your timeline, no crab is given, their practices are very sketchy and could be flagged unetheical! The branch manager NEVER returns calls or emails, plays hard to get, and doesn't give a single crap about customer services. Just stay away from this branch and ScotiaBank as a whole!
