Wite short review for a bank branch that i ask for help with wire transfer to us and they did not know how they had to do it and the manager did not buder even to ask scotia main office and i had to call them myself. At the end i ask a an adviser on RBC to figure it out how they should do it.
Again, why do you have ATM machine with your lock up and you don’t have one outside so people can use it this is so unacceptable
ABMs are malfunctioning and I was unable to withdraw my cash. Tried both available ABMs and both are not working.
