Again, why do you have ATM machine with your lock up and you don’t have one outside so people can use it this is so unacceptable
ABMs are malfunctioning and I was unable to withdraw my cash. Tried both available ABMs and both are not working.
Extremely rude and unprofessional customer service. The branch manager, Tina Panagakos, is straight up rude,Racism acting , treatment according to clothing wear you look She yelled at me and told me to change banks if I didn't like the service. I'm changing banks because of this horrible service! Also not refer to Scotia bank any of my family and friends
Frustrated and disappointed that I was unable to access the ATM machine at on March 7, 2025 at 8:15am. The doors to the ATM were locked despite Scotiabank's website indicating that the ATM was open (while the branch was closed).
There’s homeless people always inside the vestibule by the ATM preventing me from using this branch. I feel bad for them but I need to withdraw my money safely!
