I recently had the worst experience with Scotiabank my sister recently passed away, and we were trying to settle all of her estate. She was banking with Scotiabank, so we went in there with her husband, who is not in great condition recently had a stroke and a couple of brain surgeries. We filled out all the paperwork to move everything into his name into his account. Extremely disrespectful teller and manager. Will be terminating my accounts with this bank.
The worst service. Scotiabank should shut it down or educate the staff on customer service. The branch manager and Pierson should be fired.
The front teller guy with highlights on his hair, extremely unprofessional. Actually ruined my entire day. Never been to a worse location than this, will never ever be back again. I have been getting the same document every year with bank stamp but this time he denied it I’m surprised with this kind of customer service how is he still employed.
