Always a pleasure interacting with employees at this branch,, whether it's for general everyday banking or investments. Just had a meeting with Ahtaer and as expected everything went smoothly. Amazing customer service.
Mostly bad experiences with the tellers who are condescing and rude. Scotiabank needs to do something about this.
I recently had the worst experience with Scotiabank my sister recently passed away, and we were trying to settle all of her estate. She was banking with Scotiabank, so we went in there with her husband, who is not in great condition recently had a stroke and a couple of brain surgeries. We filled out all the paperwork to move everything into his name into his account.
