Staff needs more knowledge about basic operational procedures. I was there to close my account which was inactive for years. I asked if fees could be refunded they said no. They also said that since the account was deactive they'll have to activate it and then I'll have to visit any branch after 24hrs. I asked if this can be done via call center they said no. Spectacularly useless. Even by bank standards. P
The ABM machines access is always locked on random weekends and Holidays and the manager says she has no clue why it happens and the issue is never addressed. This has been going on for a long time. Second; This location is unfortunately over the years keeps getting worse with how they treat their customers. They should strongly refresh some of their tellers and management on improving their customer service. Rudeness is the all you get. It's absurd that access to the ATM at this location is closed on weekends and holidays. Really defeats the whole purpose of the ATM.
