The staff here was friendly and helped promptly resolve an issue :)
the machine never accepts my cash it’s faulty. i’m bummed they are moving the location so far away it’s a inconvenience for the entire community im sure BMO and TD will be getting a lot of former scotiabank customers soon not smart to move the location.
Got a notice in the mail that this branch is closing down with is not shocking at all. Scotiabank corporate should investigate what went wrong that they are leaving such a densely populated area which could have given them many new customers given the immigrant community. The customer service is so bad that people refuse to use this bank. The staff at this branch is always amazinb and very helpful. I visit the branch a couple of times a day and i cannot explain how much support and great professionalim i receive. Thanks for the great work guys.
