First and last time I visit this branch. Firstly - the women that were working at the tellers were talking loudly amongst one another and it felt as if I had to wait until they were done talking for someone to help me. When I got to a teller to withdraw money - I asked her for mixed bills - mostly small. When she withdrew the money for me and came back with mostly 100 and 50 dollar bills. Worst branch ever, if possible avoid to visit this place at all cost. Sad faces, arrogant behaviour and not at all helpful approach. Customer Rep: Victoria Gavas Kaplanis instead of helping to deal with the query this rep started arguing with her stubborn self. Extremely rude and disrespectful service to expect from this place.

Very slow service. Line is always long and they usually have only 2 tellers. Staff are unfriendly and has no customer service skills. The csn see the line building up and would not open up another station with a teller. To do a simple transaction which their ABM machine is incapable of doing, I have to wait over 30 minutes. Awful service!

This branch is worst in customer service specially Philippines staff she don't no how to answer queries of customer and she get irritate and starts screaming like we visit her house to ask some help. Bank or branch manager should take necessary action who deals with customers in a refusal manner. i don't want to give this branch even 1 star as it's waste to give because they not deserve it.
