Horrible staff and service
Scott the manager is great. Others do not listen to requests and do not offer any kind of relief in regards to ridiculous credit card issues or fees. Whole branch is unable to give information about why my card isn’t working. Will be switching banks. :)!
Visited this branch several times, never got good treatment or attention Friday, met Ramneet Kaur she is so nice, she listen So patiently and helps me out . Really appreciate the way she gave her so much time and effort to sort out our concern. Thanks a lot.!
This branch is the worst one customer service.
I needed to withdraw more than my daily limit from my account which of course cant happen at the atm so I parked and went inside and found that they have no tellers at this location however the staff were very helpful and friendly willing and able to accommodate my needs . This location has drive through banking btw
