I've been with pretty much every bank in Canada and have dealt with nothing but the worst service. That is until I met Ayush Garg at this branch. He is incredible. I can't sing his praises enough: he is knowledgeable, extremely punctual and polite, he is also the most proactive person I've seen - he doesn't just help with the questions I bring to him but he'll review my entire account and make suggestions, connect me with other professionals, and find solutions to problems created by other banks that I'm also with. I was expecting a horrible experience based on the reviews, but was pleasantly surprised at the excellent service I was given by a young woman named Murtafia. She is a WONDERFUL employee; very friendly, courteous, and helpful!
Sadly this is our home bank. The branch is unable to handle its clients in a timely manner. They book appointments with people who are not available. When we show up, instead of making time for us as we made time to come to the bank they told us to come back another day.
Horrible staff and service
Scott the manager is great. Others do not listen to requests and do not offer any kind of relief in regards to ridiculous credit card issues or fees. Whole branch is unable to give information about why my card isn’t working. Will be switching banks. :)!
