Book an appointment online for a financial advisor to call me on Saturday, nobody called me. I emailed Tanya and got no response back.
Bad customer service, No support, Need trained people at desk I recently visited Scotiabank for assistance with an urgent issue. Unfortunately, my experience with teller Cienna left me helpless. I received no support or proper communication during my visit. Despite coming to the bank specifically to resolve the matter, I was told to call a number and handle it myself. This lack of assistance and customer care is unacceptable. I expect better service and clear communication when I visit my bank.
Very frustrated. This happens every time, I emailed my financial adviser to move some money over from an resp to pay my daughters tuition for next semester so she can see her grades. No response, emailed her again because my daughter has fraudulent purchases on her account, no response. She called the bank and had that sorted but this happens every time.
