Purchased flooring for foyer last October 2024 and still isn't installed. Multiple calls and texts to installer, most went unanswered. Spoke to owners Larry & Tamar Stuart many times trying to get flooring installed. Refused to help us. Advertise that they install the flooring they sell. So not True! Company posts on website that they have BBB A+ rating and Canadian Builders Assoc. membership yet this means nothing. We are senior citizens on a fixed income. I spent well over $5000 for flooring that the sales-ripoff-man ensured me was waterproof, virtually to a point of indestructible. I guess he must have sent an order for something that wasn't what he told us it was going to be. After attempts to have this resolved, I was informed that the flooring would be waterproof, on the surface not in any joints. Indestructible, only if it's laid on concrete. Great place to buy flooring from! I sent my client in to pick out flooring for her basement renovation and Larry guided her through making the choice on the flooring. The whole process was really easy and Larry is a great communicator! I will definitely be buying more flooring here for my future projects as their customer service and price cannot be beat! If you are in the market for flooring or even stairs then definitely check them out.
