I purchased a Kona N Line from Scotia Hyundai at the end of 2023. Unfortunately, in February 2025, the vehicle was deemed a total loss after an incident where I was run off the road. Since then, I have been trying to get in touch with the dealership regarding a refund for the extended warranty. Great friendly service, not pushy like some other dealerships. I would recommend seeing Michelle or Sterling, they were both great to deal with.
Be careful with this dealership service. I brought in my car for a service with no exterior damage. They did an inspection and marked everything good. However when I took the vehicle the front part was dislocated. Upon checking they simply denied, even though they have documented the condition as all good when they took the vehicle in.
