I have been a customer of Hyundai since they opened their dealership in Oshawa Ont in 1983 and I must say after buying 7 cars from Hyundai since their coming to Canada when it was time to buy my 8th car I turned to Scotia Hyundia in Amherst. The staff especially Ryan Brown,Noah Brown and Ashley could not have been more helpful.They treated me with respect and helped me throughout the whole process.So if anyone is buying a new car this is the place to go and the people to see I garentee you will not be disappointed. Stopped by without an appointment to have my car serviced. They were very accommodating and helped me to get back on the road as fast as possible at a reasonable rate !
Appointment was for 2 pm, At 2:30 pm the car had not been seen to. I pointed this out to the lovely customer service representative who looked at me and said " So"!. Well bring it in now. Ah , no you will not. I am not waiting another 45 minutes to accommodate Hyundia. Retrieved my keys and left. ABSOLUTE STELLAR MANAGERIAL AND TIME MANAGEMENT SKILL. . Michelle Griffin is absolutely amazing at what she does, and you can tell she loves doing it!! When I thought all hope was lost and almost gave up, she kept me motivated. I was ready to walk away and she said "we can work with this, stay tuned.." and I didn't think I'd ever hear back from her but she got in touch with me and said her and her team figured it out.
