My fiancé has been going to Dr. Scotch for sometime now. At first, it seemed he cared. Later, we were let down. My fiancé has been suffering from chronic allergies, pulsatile tinnitus, and severe head pressure. First off, it’s extremely difficult and frustrating to speak with anyone from this institution. I highly recommend Dr. Agnew. Both him and the entire office staff are great
I have had multiple visits here for sinus infections, allergies and hearing issues. You will talk to real people when you call and they will call back if you leave a message. The doctors are careful, ask questions and give information and options. I rarely wait very long for any appointment. ( Some waiting on occasion can't be avoided. When you're the sick person they squeezed in, you're thankful-that's the trade off) The staff is efficient, helpful and kind. I'm delighted with their care!
