This is a great ENT practice. I would definitely recommend Scotch Institute of Ear Nose & Throat. I saw Melissa Charnesky, D.O. and she was great. Very professional, listened to my concerns and had the best bedside manner. She explained everything she was going to do and during the process was always making sure I was doing ok. She's a great addition to this practice.
Dr scotch has been my Dr under my regular insurance and my VA Community Care Dr presently . He is a rockstar of Dr’s ! I recommend him to all my friends that need an ENT , allergy, hearing . He and his team are very kind and genuine, no big egos here. . He has operated on my twice and both times they were successful. Dr scotch was a USAF Dr too. Great Ent in Wesley Chapel and lutz/ land o lakes Florida.
I have been going to the Scotch Institute of ENT for about a year now. The doctors, staff and nurse practitioners are amazing. They work very hard to address any issues or concerns that you go to them with. They are all very knowledgeable and very kind. They listen to your concern answer any questions and they give top notch care. I have seen and have been treated by Bing nurse practitioner, Dr Agnew, Dr Scotch and Chris nurse practitioner. Highly Recommend! The ENT office was clean, welcoming and professional. The staff was very attentive and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. They performed an in office procedure, quickly identified what I needed and referred me to an allergist for further testing. I appreciated their thoroughness and efficiency. I would absolutely recommend this practice to anyone seeking quality ENT care.
I never leave reviews but after my visit here I had just had to leave one. I’ve been through hell with doctors offices and just the entire medical industry even while working in it myself, but this office was different. In and out in no more than 15 minutes and I felt like everyone actually cared. One of the best experiences i’ve ever had a doctors office. I can not recommend this place enough!
