I have been going to the Scotch Institute of ENT for about a year now. The doctors, staff and nurse practitioners are amazing. They work very hard to address any issues or concerns that you go to them with. They are all very knowledgeable and very kind. They listen to your concern answer any questions and they give top notch care. I have seen and have been treated by Bing nurse practitioner, Dr Agnew, Dr Scotch and Chris nurse practitioner. Highly Recommend! The ENT office was clean, welcoming and professional. The staff was very attentive and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. They performed an in office procedure, quickly identified what I needed and referred me to an allergist for further testing. I appreciated their thoroughness and efficiency. I would absolutely recommend this practice to anyone seeking quality ENT care.
Dr. Charnesky was amazing. She was so much more helpful than previous visits to other ENTs in the area. She answered all of my questions I asked and even some I didn’t ask. She explained everything in detail. I will continue to go there to figure out what is happening with my vocal cords.
Scott Institute Everyone in the office are very kind, informative and caring! I saw their audiologist today, Riley she was amazing and very knowledgeable. She explained everything VERY well!! Next up is Dr Bueller who is very informative, patient, and detailed! The entire office staff are very kind and always smiling! I can say I enjoy my visits. Highly recommend!
Have been coming to Scotch Institute for several years now. Staff is always friendly, welcoming and professional. They do a great job of scheduling, have never had a long wait in waiting room or examination room for my appointment. Several other family members also come here for their ENT concerns. Highly recommend Scotch Institute!
