I had a terrible experience with Scotch & Fades. I booked a haircut and beard trim for the same day as a wedding I needed to attend. I even received a confirmation text and email about an hour before my appointment, so there was no indication of any issue. When I showed up, I was told my barber had called in sick and my appointment was canceled. No prior notice. No phone call. Nothing. Strange, weird vibes and 45 mins wasted on a Saturday afternoon. Had an appointment, waited 45 minutes, and was completely ignored by staff the entire time. The vibe was off from the start, loud, obnoxious music and unprofessional behavior all around. What really stood out: the barbers were still working on the same fade cuts when I left that they’d started when I arrived which raises serious questions about their skill level (no offense). Eventually walked out because it was clear they didn’t want me there. 🤷♂️
