Poor Customer service especially after the sell. Does not return calls. What repairs were done need redoing. A lot of things still not fixed.. very unhappy with Scotbilt

0/10 do not recommend. Completed a purchase of a home in July. The contractors that this home center uses are a joke. Poor quality of work. Customer service is horrible, they will tell you what they think you want to hear just to get you off the phone. The quality of workmanship on the home itself is deplorable and getting the factory service team out to fix anything is a job in itself.
