Highly recommended! Patient, down to earth, kind and listens to his patients.
I saw Dr. McKenna in August 2025 for a consultation regarding a breast reduction he was supposed to perform. During the consultation, Dr. McKenna was nice, professional, and informative, and the staff were pleasant as well. Unfortunately, the communication from the office was extremely poor—to the point where it became unacceptable. Awful!! It took me 3 months to finally get into his office after my referral was sent in. They had to cancel me once because the doctor wasn’t in office that day and then another time because they made a scheduling error. Once I finally got in, Dr. McKenna was great. Very kind. The unfortunate part is that it took over 2 months to even get my insurance authorization submitted! I called each week and asked for an update and each time, the lady said the doctor was backed up and she would write a note saying I called. Weeks pas... read more
I went for a consultation, $100, and was pleased with Dr. McKenna. However, I have called repeatedly to move forward with the procedure, and I cannot get a response. The website also throws an error, so not sure what to do at this point. He said I can call and come in for a follow-up consultation free of charge, but I can't get a hold of anyone to answer my questions or set up an appointment. It is very disappointing. I will go elsewhere if I don't hear in next 2 days. It has been 2months since my initial $100 consult!
Great bedside manner, all staff was caring and phenomenal. Didn’t feel rushed at all, all my questions and concerns were answered and overall really had a great experience. Highly recommend Dr. McKenna!
