I went for a consultation, $100, and was pleased with Dr. McKenna. However, I have called repeatedly to move forward with the procedure, and I cannot get a response. The website also throws an error, so not sure what to do at this point. He said I can call and come in for a follow-up consultation free of charge, but I can't get a hold of anyone to answer my questions or set up an appointment. It is very disappointing. I will go elsewhere if I don't hear in next 2 days. It has been 2months since my initial $100 consult!
Great bedside manner, all staff was caring and phenomenal. Didn’t feel rushed at all, all my questions and concerns were answered and overall really had a great experience. Highly recommend Dr. McKenna!
Dr. McKenna and the entire surgical staff are very attentive, friendly and professional. The Surgery Center in Pittston which they use is very clean with great staff. His staff also worked diligently with my insurance company. The quality of Dr. Mckenna’s work is extremely high, he never rushes a procedure and makes his patients feel very comfortable.
I went in for a consult back in August 2024. I paid for my consult and was told I would hear back from them within 7-10 days for a total price for my procedure. I have been very kind and patience waiting to hear back from the office and made three phone calls requesting my price. Each time I was told that the doctor was backed up and they would leave him another message. Tomorrow will be October 1, 2024 and still no phone call. Extremely disappointed with how I was treated.
Doctor McKenna and his entire stuff I professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The surgery center in pittston Pa is just like doctors office. I had the most pleasant experience. I only wish other offices and hospitals would learn from this office!
