Scott was a very knowledgeable, patient and friendly realtor. He helped with building inspectors, painters, and the survey for the Real Property Report. He was always available to talk about concerns. He sent out emails with other properties for comparison. He sent out lists of things for us to do at appropriate times so we were always prepared from the time we put the house on the market to the closing sale. I definitely recommend using Scot Lane as your realtor.
