10/10 experience. My girlfriend and I used Scot to purchase our first home and we couldn't have asked for anything more from him. He's a fantastic and super timely communicator, a great listener when we discussed the criteria of what we were looking for, and is an awesome negotiator when it came to buying the house. Scott was a very knowledgeable, patient and friendly realtor. He helped with building inspectors, painters, and the survey for the Real Property Report. He was always available to talk about concerns. He sent out emails with other properties for comparison. He sent out lists of things for us to do at appropriate times so we were always prepared from the time we put the house on the market to the closing sale. I definitely recommend using Scot Lane as your realtor.
