When our RV broke down outside Carp, ON, Scott Diesel came to our rescue. Although it was a Friday afternoon, they immediately began working on it. The new water pump, serp belt, tensioner, etc. were all installed by Monday afternoon (they are closed on weekends). We asked them then to check one minor thing -- an ABS sensor -- before we left. I had high hopes when we dropped our car off here because of the reviews. The car needed a regeneration. They couldn't get it done, and in the end, it was done unsuccessfully once by Scott diesel, unsuccessfully once by the dealership (not enough fuel) and finally cpmpleted by the dealership after they added fuel. Scott diesel charged us for all 3. Only after push back did they remove one charge. It seems odd to me that they would be unable to complete the work but still charge us?
