I took my car on Oct 31 2025 (a 2022 RAV4Hybrid- all maintenance done in dealership) to get saftied in Ontario as I moved from Quebec – and Scott @Scott Diesel told me a ball joint was “missing” and i had to replace it, so on top of the 338$ Plus tax i was charged, I had to pay for a non-Totyota ball joint plus repair… for a total of $860.
