Warranty Honoured , But Would Not Pay for Shipping Santa put one of their 65W USB-C adapters in my stocking and initially it worked quite well and was a compact solution for charging my laptop. After under two months the adapter failed and would require me to unplug the USB-C cable or adapter from the wall and it would work again for another ~24 hours before I had to repeat this process. After adhesive replaced the "bendable" arm is too stiff 3. when attempting to bend, (in such a way to balance) the plastic broke and is now garage/unuseable/waste.
