Excellent service! Very professional and very quick response to my initial phone call advising a leak in my plumbing. The engineer was on site in less than 30 minutes, identified the problems quickly and we scheduled a repair appointment and work was done expertly and informed throughout. 10/10 service and will use again for any future plumbing matters!

I phoned for help with a broken pipe on our bathroom sink. Explained the problem and asked for help and the response was 'Quite honestly, no' and a hang up. I have a suspicion why but will not put in print.

Extremely responsive and efficient. They got the work done immediately and with minimal disruption. We were expecting this massive job that would take weeks and dismantle our entire bathroom. They got it done in half an hour and left our bathroom intact. We are very pleased and grateful!!

Installation done to a poor standard and not finished, the manufacturer had to come in to finish the job. Caused damage, left rubbish (including the old boiler for a week) and sent numerous unpleasant emails. Even threatened to reduced the 10 year warranty if I continued to complain, bragging that he'd done it before. Looking up online and the company owner has received a lot of poor press reporting legal investigations.

Excellent. Alex was very efficient, honest and hardworking - explained the issues with my bathroom clearly to me and did more than he had to. Very honest and competitive pricing too. Highly recommended.
