I've trained here for over two years now, the owners are great people. Al and Erica helped me with programming for a powerlifting meet, and are always happy to offer advice when you run into them at the gym. We are lucky to have such a great gym nearby. The equipment is amazing. Everyone I've met through the gym is nice and welcoming. You don't have to powerlift to join, all are welcome no matter their skill level. The best place in the area by far.
