I emailed requesting a roundtrip price quote for June 30, 2025 to JFK and return pickup scheduled for July 6, 2025. I received a price quote from Kanard and accepted it. Booking my airport rides was super easy and Scorpion Transportation got back to me with all the details quickly. Kanard and Joe provided wonderful, friendly and efficient service for my trips to and from JFK. I was dropped off right by my airline check in. And pick up at JFK was easy and quick. I highly recommend Scorpion Transportation Services.
I called an Uber van to take us to the airport with our luggage. It showed up and was a minivan . I called these guys and told them my situation and that I needed a van ASAP. They went out of their way to put me in touch with the perfect person, even though he didn’t work directly for them. Then they followed up to make sure that everything was OK. It seems to me that if everyone behaved like these people do the world would be a much better place.
Gustavo was very punctual and on time for the trip to and from our cruise in Brooklyn to and from our home. He was cordial and friendly. He made great time to our cruise and back to home. He is a professional driver with having a smooth ride.
I want to give a special shoutout to KaNard and Scorpion Transportation. These days, it is very hard to find good customer service. KaNard went above and beyond for my boss who was stranded in New Haven. KaNard was quick to respond to all my questions and calls, and even provided support when we couldn't work out a booking.
