I recently imported 400kg on two pallets, air freight from China (June 2021). I decided to give a local Newcastle business a go, and I am certainly glad I did. Absolutely Brilliant. They were more than helpful in answering all my many questions and gave me great advice on the best way to send my packages, and the price was confirmed up front with no hidden extras. Good arrived without a problem. If you need help, call and talk to them as they really do a great job!
These guys have been nothing but trouble, my shipment is still in Sydney, they don't return calls, make up stories and don't care how their customers are treated. BEWARE
The team at scorpion international are wonderfully helpful and all you could ask for from a freight forwarder and customs broker.
